Emotional Mastery Transformation Coach
As a transformational coach for ambitious women, I help them overcome emotional overwhelm from their careers, personal lives, and cultural expectations. I use my background and NLP Certification (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a set of techniques and tools used to improve communication and personal development. It can be used to overcome limiting beliefs and negative emotions, and to improve relationships and performance) along with timeline therapy (a technique used to help individuals release negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are rooted in past experiences. It involves accessing and reprogramming the unconscious mind, and can lead to significant changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours), to empower women to take control of their emotions and live their best lives.
Born and raised in inner-city Birmingham in the 80s, I was the sixth daughter and seventh child out of eight children in a traditional British Pakistani household. My family's expectations and the cultural views at the time shaped the role I was expected to play, but I knew I wanted more. I struggled to break out of the constraints and pressures that surrounded me, but eventually, I found my way through personal development, life coaching, and training in emotional mastery and resilience.
As a successful entrepreneur and coach, I now help other ambitious women break free from their own moulds and step into their power. When I'm not coaching and mentoring, you can find me sipping on a cup of coffee, planning my next travel adventure, or indulging in a good book. My ultimate goal is to help women across the world master their emotions, achieve emotional resilience, and take control of their own lives.
